1.Must know how to use FTP, I'll help a little but please read something for your own benefit.

2.Please make all your own layouts unless its a gift or made by a staff member. Also no stealing! Your site shall be deleted.

3.Please try to update your site once a month at least. I understand everyone gets busy, however don't let your site go for months on end.

4.Please do not host music or videos (thats what youtube is for) because it will make the bandwidth disappear, and we all have to share it. Also if your going to host images like for screenshots or whatnot please use a .htaccess file. If you need help setting one up let me know.

5.Keep in contact with me from time to time so I know your still alive :D
